It’s no secret that Marriott offers the kind of service that inspires loyalty in its guests – but finding the best stories to share can be a challenge. That’s why, when the team asked us to encourage associates to come forward with their own loyalty stories, we came up with the LoyalTea box. The boxes contained tea, chocolates and inspirational stories of loyalty, and encouraged employees to share their own stories of when they’d gone the extra mile to make a guest’s stay truly memorable.
